We set up APM because we are Landlords and wanted to provide other Landlords a more personal service.  

As investors, we know how tough it has become so we have created a simple fee structure to support how you want to manage your rental portfolio. 

Tenant Finding and Check in:

• 1 - 3 Bedrooms Flat/House  - £450/£550*
• 4 Bedroom House  - £650
• 5 Bedroom House - £750
• HMO - On request
• We are happy to  negotiate discounts for multiple properties 
• * Tenant finding only with no onward management services required

What's Included:

• Property Marketing 
• Tenant Referencing 
• Deposit Management
• Contract Management 
• Check In

Tenant Exit / Check out Management:

• 1 - 3 Bedrooms Flat/House  - £100
• 4 Bedroom House  - £150
• 5 Bedroom House - £200
• HMO - On request

Property Management Fee

•  8%  of Monthly Rental Value
• For example - Monthly rental income is £1000 - APM management fee  £80 
• For example - Monthly rental income is £1500 - APM management fee  £120
• HMO - On request
• We can arrange Rent Guarantee Services if required

What's Included:

• Managing tenant relations and queries
• Regulatory compliance
• Maintenance management 
• Rent collection
• Managing and scheduling Inspections

Inventory Services 

• Between £130 - £250 dependent on the number of bedrooms and furnished /unfurnished
